I showed up to my booking 10 minutes early and the room still wasn’t ready. They told me they would call at 3:00pm (which is check-in time) to tell me the room would be available. I went back to my car to get wait and by 3:01pm, I hadn’t received a call. I went back inside and then they told me that the room was ready. The room was ok, but I don’t think I would stay here again.

I did not like that the towels provided by the facility were dirty, luckily we carry are own, and some stuff where broken, like a bunk bed, microwave, and blind, and reported it promptly to the property owner.

Beautiful resort. The studio condo was clean. I got a piña colada at the bar and enjoyed the 3 pools, my family and I had so much fun! I would definitely stay here again.

Love the staff. Quickly addressed a problem in the room. All amenities were great. Enjoyed every minute of our stay! However rooms are very pricey compared to other beach front hotels I have been at.

this condo was clean but barely equipped with necessities. There were no carpets or mats on the floors so had to use towels especially in the shower areas for slippery floors. Couch looked very worn. Dining table legs were wobbly. Refrigerator does not have ice or water (they did provide ice trays). There are only two small hand towels in the kitchen. The beach view was spectacular and the grounds are kept very nicely and the staff are super friendly. Overall it was a nice stay.
